CONSTRUCTION Clean

  • Dust all interior wall surfaces and light fixtures

  • Cleaning of all cabinetry (inside and outside) in the kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry room, and in all areas where there are cabinets

  • Cleaning of all countertops

  • Dusting of Walls

  • Vacuum Air Vents

  • Cleaning of appliances such as stove, microwave, fridge, and oven (optional)

  • Cleaning of the kitchen sinks

  • Cleaning of the bathroom lavatories and fixtures

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean all floor surfaces (tile, carpet, linoleum, and hardwood, laminate)

  •  Dust and clean wood trim (door, door casing and jams, baseboard, and window sills)

  • Cleans and disinfect toilets, bathrooms, and tub surrounds and fixtures

  • Wash windows inside and out

  •  Power wash garage floor (any extra concrete will be at extra cost)

  • Unfinished basements swept *additional cost*
